Adding Blue Nanotrap® Particles to Serum
Use a standard P1000 or P200 pipettor to add 100 uL of Nanotrap® particles to the serum sample. Pipette up and down several times to mix. Allow the Nanotrap® particles to harvest biomarkers in sample.
Adding Blue Nanotrap® Particles to Plasma
Use a standard P1000 or P200 pipettor to add 100 uL of Nanotrap® particles to the plasma sample. Pipette up and down several times to mix. Allow the Nanotrap® particles to harvest biomarkers in your sample.
Removing supernatant after centrifugation
Use a standard P200 pipettor to carefully remove the supernatant from the Nanotrap® particle pellet. Be careful not to disturb the pellet while removing the supernatant.
Resuspending Nanotrap® Particles
Use a standard P1000 or P200 pipettor to resuspend by pipetting the particles up and down into the tip. The turbulent flow into the pipette tip will break up the pellet and resusepend the particles in the Nanopure water.
