Ceres Nanosciences is a privately held company, located in Northern Virginia, focused on incorporating its proprietary Nanotrap® Particle technology into a range of diagnostic and research use products and workflows. Nanotrap Particles capture, concentrate, and preserve low abundance analytes from biological samples, enabling early and accurate detection of diseases. The Nanotrap Particle technology was developed with support from the National Institutes of Health, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Schmidt Futures, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Ceres' mission is to deliver innovative products powered by the groundbreaking Nanotrap Technology to address life science needs and provide better patient outcomes.

Over 20 years of material science and biotechnology experience. Previously led the development of polymer-based and bio-inspired antioxidant delivery system. Multiple degrees in Materials Sciences, Engineering, and Nanotechnology from Virginia Tech.

Over 20 years of biotech experience in product development, manufacturing, customer-facing, and public policy roles. Previously held positions at startups, MIT, and the White House in the Office of Science Technology Policy. B.E. Biochemical Engineering from Darmouth, Ph.D Biological Engineering from MIT

Over 20 years of life science and diagnostic industry experience including R&D, technical sales, marketing, and strategy. Previously held positions at Molecular Devices, Beckman Coulter, Thermo Fisher, and Roche. B.S. Chemical Engineering from Purdue University
