Nanotrap Extracellular Vesicle Particles

Nanotrap® Extracellular Vesicle Particles capture, irreversibly bind, and concentrate extracellular vesicles before conducting downstream analyses that require highly enriched extracellular vesicle samples or small volumes.

Product Considerations

Nanotrap Extracellular Vesicle Particles do not use precipitation reagents or protease treatments, and the concentrated EVs can be used for compatible downstream applications, including RNA extraction (for PCR or RNA sequencing), western blots, or mass spectrometry. Note that particle binding is irreversible – this is an important factor when considering which downstream applications may be suitable.

 

Depending on the downstream method of choice, output volumes from qEV columns may require a concentration step prior to analysis. The qEV Concentration Kit enables EV-containing samples to be reduced to a convenient, concentrated form for downstream processing.

Nanotrap Extracellular Vesicle Particles

Nanotrap Extracellular Vesicle Particles capture and concentrate extracellular vesicles prior to protein analysis. Both magnetic and non-magnetic versions are available. The Nanotrap Extracellular Vesicle Particles do not require precipitation reagents or protease treatments.
